We all do it every year. As soon as it’s time to turn the calendar, we decide to make an aggressive, life-altering change that is going to make us happier & better individuals.
The rest of the world is a bunch of quitters and typically do not follow through with their resolutions…..But as runners, we are much tougher than the rest. We possess a lot more grit and stick-to-intuitiveness than others. It is important for a runner (of any ability level) to have goals to strive for. It keeps us on track, motivated and focused.
