The Grape Gallop, the event that pairs exercise and wine tasting, is making its third trip to Milford’s (NJ) Alba Vineyard on Saturday, October 10, 2015. Open to every level of runner, walker and wine connoisseur, Grape Gallop is a 2 or 3.5-mile romp through the vines of this picturesque New Jersey winery.
Free Stuff??? Each entrant receives a long sleeved technical event shirt, a stem-less event wine glass, a reusable event tote bag, and a sampling of Alba’s award winning wines.
Entry fee is $55 for pre-registration ($60 on race day). As a cool option, Grape Gallop also offers a Designated Driver entry for $35. Those who select this option may purchase wine glasses after the event for $5 each and are not eligible for wine tasting.
“We are continuing our relationship with Alba because their wines are excellent, their winery beautiful and the owners have been great partners. Besides, who doesn’t want to drink wine on a Saturday morning after they exercise! We also have the coolest giveaways at our race.” states Robert Barwick, Grape Gallop’s Race Director.
